Overview
Welcome to the Sonic & Sodas Event Program ("Program"), operated by Sonic Operations Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By participating, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before submitting your event.
Who Can Enter
The Program is open to individuals of all ages and nationalities, with the exception of the following countries (“Prohibited Countries”):
Afghanistan, Central African Republic, People’s Republic of China, Democratic People's Republic of Korea (“North Korea”), Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Republic of Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, Somalia, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Vanuatu, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
If you're under 18, you’ll need permission from a parent or guardian to participate. Employees of Sonic Operations Ltd, their immediate family members, and anyone directly connected to the Program are ineligible to enter.
How to Participate
To enter, simply fill out the official entry form and submit your event through our designated platform.
Each participant is allowed one entry—multiple submissions will lead to disqualification.
Ensure your entry adheres to the submission guidelines provided on the entry form.
Event Criteria
Your event must be entirely original, conceived by you, and free from any infringement on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others.
Submissions should include a detailed event description covering aspects such as location, target audience, proposed budget, and expected impact.
Sonic Operations Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entry that fails to meet these criteria.
Judging Process
A panel of judges appointed by Sonic Operations Ltd will select participants based on creativity, originality, feasibility, and potential impact.
The judges' decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of Sonic Operations Ltd.
Participants will be notified via the contact details provided on their entry form. If a participant does not respond within 7 days, their entry may be annulled.
Prizes
Participants will receive up to $2,000 USD to help bring their event ideas to life.
Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or alternative rewards will be offered.
Sonic Operations Ltd reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.
Event Execution
Participants are expected to execute their event within 6 months of being selected. Sonic Operations Ltd will reimburse up to $2,000 USD for event-related expenses after the successful completion of the event. Any costs beyond this amount are the responsibility of the participant. Sonic Operations Ltd reserves the right to withdraw support if the event is deemed unfeasible or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Intellectual Property Rights
By submitting your event, you grant Sonic Operations Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your event across all media, including promotional materials and online platforms.
You also agree that Sonic Operations Ltd may use your name, event, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Liability Disclaimer
Sonic Operations Ltd is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, nor for any technical issues during submission.
By entering, participants release Sonic Operations Ltd, its affiliates, and employees from any liability arising from participation or event execution.
General Terms
Sonic Operations Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Program or any part of it at any time, without prior notice.
Privacy Policy
Any personal information collected during the Program will be used in accordance with Sonic Operations Ltd’s privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands.
