Token Participation Terms

The Participation Terms for the Sonic Airdrop (https://www.soniclabs.com/airdrop) govern the process (the "Participation") for the $S Token or representative NFT ("Token") facilitated by Sonic Operations Ltd. through Sonic Labs (collectively, the "Foundation," "we," or "us"). These Participation Terms are supplemental to, and incorporate by reference, our general Terms of Use (the "General Terms"). By participating in the Allocation and/or claiming any corresponding Tokens or NFTs, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Participation Terms and the General Terms. If you do not agree to these Participation Terms or the General Terms, you may not participate in the Allocation.

1. Acknowledgment of Governance and Token Emissions Schedule

By participating in the Allocation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the governance proposal and token emissions schedule outlined in Fantom Governance Proposal #2.

2. Tax Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your participation in the Allocation. We recommend consulting a tax professional.

3. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Participation is prohibited where it would violate local laws or regulations.

4. Token Allocation

Tokens or NFTs may be distributed for free (excluding applicable taxes or fees).

No prior promises of Tokens or NFTs have been made, and you agree that your participation is not based on reliance or anticipation of receiving them.

The Allocation does not constitute a sale, investment, or contract.

5. Eligibility

Eligibility to receive Tokens or NFTs is determined solely by the Foundation.

No documentation or statements from the Foundation entitle you to Tokens unless explicitly stated.

You confirm that you own the blockchain address used for participation

6. Age and Geographic Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

Participation is prohibited for individuals or entities on sanctions lists, in embargoed regions, or using VPNs or similar tools to bypass restrictions.
